A 3 WEEK SERIES OF INTRODUCTORY ONLINE MEDITATION CLASSES

Tuesdays from 8:00 pm - 8:45 pm

Feel free to drop in at any point in the series. Everyone is welcome!

Want to learn to meditate, but aren't sure how to get started? Or have you started meditating, but haven't been able to get a regular practice going?

Meditation for Beginners covers the fundamentals of meditation from the Buddhist point of view. Each class includes short guided meditations and covers key Buddhist principles to help you break through any barriers to starting and maintaining a practice of meditation.

Each class is self contained so you can jump into the series at any point in time.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, we are offering our meditation classes online. Click the button below to register. This topic is taught on Tuesday at 8:00 - 8:45 pm.

No matter your background, age, race, sexuality or previous experience with meditation – everyone is welcome!

What to expect:

  • Classes are approximately 45 minutes long.
  • Classes include two guided meditations and a talk on Buddhism for everyday living.
  • Occasionally Q&A is offered at the end of the class.
  • Although part of a monthly series, each class self contained so you can check out any single class or jump into the series midstream. 

Class delivery format:

  • This class is provided via online streaming.
  • Video replay will be available for 48 hours following the class.
  • Audio recordings are available at additional cost. You may retain the audio files indefinitely.

$7 each class | $3.50 Students, Seniors 60+ and those with limited income at this time
