This weekly guided meditation class is great for beginners that want to learn to meditate and great for more experienced meditators that want to expand their meditation. Each month focuses on a different topic which will be listed on the website. The class opens with a breathing meditation, teachings on how to gain control of our mind and choose how we respond to life's difficulties, and concludes with a meditation related to the topics discussed.
