Saturday Aug 20 · 10:00 am - 1:00 pm
The purpose of meditation is to make our mind calm and peaceful. If we train in meditation, our mind will gradually become more and more peaceful, and we will experience a purer and purer form of happiness. Eventually, we will be able to stay happy all the time, even in the most difficult circumstances. You can join this retreat in person or at any time that fits your schedule. The three sessions will be available for one week after the original broadcast.
For people with a special interest in learning to meditate, we have developed a special meditation program. The program is designed to help people improve and enjoy their meditation practice. As part of this program, we are offering four unique online urban meditation retreats. The retreats are approximately every six weeks (Aug 20, Oct 1, Nov 12, and Jan 7).
