This class is being held weekly Thursday, Apr 21 - Thursday, May 26
For centuries, people have turned to meditation as a way of living a healthy and happy life. Now, as our lives become more hectic and busy, meditation and mindfulness are more important than ever. In this series of classes, discover why meditation is what we all need to find the happiness that eludes us elsewhere.
Every class includes meditations, teachings, and the opportunity to ask questions. The classes will be available for 3 days after the original broadcast.
Everyone welcome, regardless of background or experience.
Available online and in person

For people with a special interest in learning to meditate, we have developed a special meditation program. The program is designed to help people improve and enjoy their meditation practice. As part of this program, we are offering four unique online urban meditation retreats. The retreats are approximately every six weeks (Feb 26, Apr 16, June 11, and July 9).
Our Thursday classes span several series. We offer 24 unique classes and four mini-retreats in all. Check our online calendar for more information about our other Thursday series and the mini-retreats.

We are a non-profit organization. We have class fees to cover expenses such as rent for a commercial space. The payments for each class allow us to fulfill our mission. Still, we try to keep these fees to a minimum to allow everyone to participate and never turn anyone away if they cannot afford it.
