By incorporating positive habits into our daily lives, we will develop the capacity to navigate life’s challenges with grace and joy, ultimately leading to a more fulfilling and harmonious existence.

Free parking is available in the lot behind the Center and on the surrounding neighborhood streets.

We are a non-profit organization. We have class fees to cover expenses such as rent for a commercial space. The payments for each class allow us to fulfill our mission. Still, we try to keep these fees to a minimum to allow everyone to participate and never turn anyone away if they cannot afford it.
