Come down from 11AM - 3PM to Pat Miller Square on Mount Vernon Avenue in Del Ray to enjoy a pet costume contest, live music, food, your favorite local pet vendors and a day full of fun and freebies. This event will raise money and awareness for Project Second Chance.
