YET I STAND Stage Play

Yet I Stand is a true story of the Writer who experienced life-altering trauma of sexual assault as a child, that lead her on a path to destruction, like abusing drugs and alcohol, she becomes quite hopeless. We'll go on her journey from trauma to triumph, victim to victory!! She with the help of family will go on to Thrive. Flourish. and Prosper.

This stage play has been performed throughout Virginia and Maryland since 2014 and bought awareness to sexual assault, uplifts and empowers individuals, in achieving real, lasting, positive change and healing.

April is nationally recognized as Sexual Assault Awareness Month. Yet Stand Inc. is a nonprofit organization founded by visionary Elaine Crocker to serve and support victims of sexual assault by initiating community outreach programs and providing resources to help survivors. Our programs include: Workshops/Conferences; Theatrical Performances; Support Groups; and Motivational Speaking.

WE WANT OUR COMMUNITIES TO KNOW: They are not powerless in their fight to reduce sexual assault in our communities; Silence is not the answer;
