Chic Events DC together with the City of Manassas will be hosting its fifth crafts and treats fair this fall, on Saturday, October 29th from 10am-4pm at Manassas Museum, in Manassas, VA.

Because Halloween is around the corner, we will have a KIDS' COSTUME PARADE with BEST COSTUME prize from 1:00pm - 1:30pm, as well as Pets' Halloween Parade from 2:30pm - 3:00pm
