National Novel Writing Month ends November 30th. It's time for writers and their friends to celebrate the art of writing (novels, poetry, travel, memoir, non fiction and other genres). NaNo novel participants were invited to write 50,000 words, a rough draft, during the month of November. All writers were encouraged to dedicate a month to their craft and write their hearts out, getting down as much as possible in one thirty-day push.
You're invited to meet with fellow writers, enjoy light refreshments and share your words during the Open Mic. Stay for random drawings of writer-ly prizes.
The event is sponsored by the Edmonds Library, part of Sno-Isle Library system, and EPIC Group Writers, a 501(c)(3) non-profit that supports local area writers. It will be held in the Edmonds Library Plaza Room. See you there on Friday, December 6th from 5:30 - 7:00 PM.
