Can you really change? Everyone wants to be a better version of themselves right? RIGHT? But even if you can change and evolve it's sometimes complicated and doesn't always happen the way you envision.

There's even a lot of research that demonstrates that just wanting to change (and even having a plan for how to do it) isn't necessarily enough. Creating change in your life is a skill...And it can be learned and improved and just requires a little self reflection and practice.

⭐ Guess What ⭐ You're more likely to make changes when you feel personally motivated accumulate small wins and most importantly (in our opinion) when you have a sense of connection to others along the way.

So consider:

• How and what have you changed in the past?
• Are there some aspects about you that are static or would be harder to change?
• How do you want to change and evolve moving forward?
• How do you want to approach your process to change moving forward?
• How can you use the process of change to strengthen and/or build the relationships (of all types) in your life?

Being the same person over time is not about holding on or letting go of every aspect of your current self but about changing purposefully.

• Where: South Park Hall (Seattle): 1253 S Cloverdale St Seattle WA 98108 - Entrance is up the stairs next to Uncle Eddies / Resistencia Coffee
• Time: 7:00 - 9:30pm PT - 6:45pm doors open (Be on time – doors close at 7:10pm)
• Drinks & Snacks: Snacks included in ticket price & alcoholic drinks available for purchase
• Cost (Non members): $45

HOW IT WORKS:

• Register and snag your seat so you don't miss out
• Arrive at least 10 mins early (we start on time & doors open at 6:45pm)
• Check in check out the space and mingle for a bit
• Grab snacks & a drink
• Gather around group tables and warm up your conversation palette as your connection hosts lead you in a group discussion centered around the theme
• Connect with other Feasters in small groups through prompted & guided connectivities
• At the end of the event you’ll have the opportunity to submit to the Connection Feast “Sugar Bowl.” The Sugar Bowl is a way to keep in touch with your fellow Feasters create connections and find ways to help each other out.
