Your elegant dinner train experience starts with a Wisconsin cheese & sausage board, followed by a chopped salad, then features beef bourguignon braised in red wine flavored with organic rainbow carrots, celery, mushrooms, onions and garlic, accompanied by roasted garlic smashed potatoes and roasted farm fresh vegetables.
